Meet Our Team

Owner-operated and hands-on. Every project is led directly by the people who built this company.

Megan Ball
President & Owner
Megan co-founded Rogue Visual Design in 2007 and has led it as President and majority owner ever since. With a background in Fine and Studio Arts from Baker University, she brings a designer's eye and a methodical approach to running operations, driving client strategy, and ensuring every engagement meets the precision and compliance standards Rogue Visual Design is known for. Outside of work, Megan serves as President of Rogue Round Table, the community initiative she and Heathe built to address unpaid school lunch debt. She volunteers with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, supports local theaters with her kids, and gives time each year to Living Windows on the Independence Square and the Enchanted Forest in Lenexa. Military service is personal to the Ball family, which is part of why Rogue Visual Design's work supporting military installations carries meaning beyond the contract.
Heathe Ball
Vice President
Heathe brings more than 20 years of design and drafting experience to his role as Vice President at Rogue Visual Design, spanning civil, structural, and mechanical engineering disciplines. He holds an AAS in Drafting Technology from Manhattan Area Technical College and studied Military History at Kansas State University. Before focusing full-time on reality capture, he worked as a mechanical designer at Burns & McDonnell and lead piping and CAD manager at Designer Group, where he developed the technical depth that now drives Rogue Visual Design's field operations and scan-to-model workflow. Along the way, he spent four years volunteering to help design and build a prototype business jet — the kind of hands-on problem-solving that defines how he approaches every project. Outside of work, Heathe serves on the board of Rogue Round Table and volunteers with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

This Is Who They Are

Giving back isn't a line item at Rogue Visual Design — it's how Megan and Heathe operate. That means showing up for their community and taking seriously what they leave behind for it. Both matter equally here.

Rogue Round Table

Founded by Megan and Heathe Ball, Rogue Round Table's first initiative targets school lunch debt — making sure kids can eat without their families carrying that weight. What started as a local effort reflects something the Ball family has always believed: showing up for your community isn't optional.

Heathe's commitment to the environment is just as deliberate — Rogue Visual Design operates remotely in part because of it, and it shapes decisions at every level. The team also volunteers with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, supports local theater programs for youth, and participates in community events including Living Windows on Independence Square and the Enchanted Forest in Lenexa.
