Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Rogue Visual Design collects through rogue3d.com, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only. It does not cover project data captured under a signed agreement, which is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

If you fill in the contact form we collect your name and email address, which are required, and your phone number and project description, which are optional. That is the only information you give us directly. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote if you have asked for one, and to keep a record of who has contacted us so we can follow up. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only used the contact form.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are emailed to Rogue Visual Design and recorded in a spreadsheet held in our Microsoft 365 account. Our email and file storage are provided by Microsoft. Our website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship they relate to, including quotes that did not proceed. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (816) 867-0111 and we will deal with it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will honour those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are handled inside our Microsoft 365 account with access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential or sensitive material through the contact form. Use it to start a conversation and we will arrange a secure route for anything sensitive.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
