These terms cover your use of rogue3d.com. They do not replace or change any signed proposal, quote, or services agreement between you and Rogue Visual Design. Where a signed agreement says something different, the signed agreement governs.

Using this site

You are welcome to browse the site and to contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, access parts of it that are not public, or use automated tools to scrape it at a scale that affects other visitors.

What is on the site

Project descriptions, service pages and similar material are provided to show the kind of work we do. They are general information, not a technical specification and not professional advice for your project. Scope, accuracy tolerances and deliverables for any actual engagement are set out in the proposal for that engagement.

The ROI calculator

The calculator on our homepage is an estimating aid. It uses the figures you enter and simple arithmetic to illustrate potential savings. It is not a quote, not a forecast, and not a guarantee of any result. Ask us for a real quote and we will give you one.

Ownership

The content of this site, including text, photographs, point cloud imagery, models and the Rogue Visual Design name and logo, belongs to Rogue Visual Design or is used with permission. Please do not reproduce it commercially without asking. Ask us and we will usually say yes.

Links to other sites

We link to organisations we work with or support. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not run.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site itself. This does not limit any obligation we take on under a signed agreement with you.
